You embed inside enterprise SAP and cloud transformations and own
whether people actually adopt the new way of working. You sit with client
teams, build readiness, enable leaders, and track the adoption signals that
show change is landing.
Logicon works inside large scale transformation programs where execution matters. As a Change
Activation Lead, you join SAP and cloud programs at the point where new systems meet the people
who have to use them, and you make sure the change actually takes hold.
You own the activation arc of an engagement. You sit alongside the client program team and the rest
of the Logicon practice, translating what is changing technically into what it means for the humans
doing the work. You are not handed a template to apply. You build the plan the program needs.
Good in this role looks like adoption you can see. Leaders carrying the change in their own words,
teams using the new way without being chased, and signals that tell us it is sticking. Your first six
months are about earning trust inside the program and standing up the activation approach that
carries it to go-live and beyond.
What you will do
The shape of the work.
You own readiness and adoption across the program, and you do it from inside the team, not from a
deck.
Own readiness across workstreams. Map who is affected, what changes for them, and what they need before go-live.
Enable leaders to carry the change in their own words, not ours.
Build and run the adoption signals that show whether the new way is taking hold, and act on what they tell you.
Design audience specific activation rather than applying a single template across the program.
Sit inside the program team day to day , from stand-ups to go-live, so change moves with the build.
What we are looking for
The kind of person this role fits.
7+ years in change management, adoption, or transformation delivery, ideally inside ERP or
enterprise programs.
You have owned change on an SAP, cloud, or finance transformation, not just supported it.
Fluency translating technical change into what it means for the people doing the work.
Strong with executives and frontline teams alike, and comfortable holding the room on client-site.
SAP, Signavio, or WalkMe exposure is a plus, framed as a strength not a requirement.
Compensation and what we offer
What we offer.
A competitive base calibrated to your experience, plus a performance component tied to the work
landing. We are direct about range early in the process so there are no surprises.
Health coverage, meaningful time off that people actually take, and a learning budget, because the
field moves fast and we expect you to stay ahead of it. Hybrid by default, with travel to client-site
where the work needs you in the room.
